Myrthia Hall
My name is Myrthia Hall and I am an enthusiastic Certified Yoga Instructor! A friend introduced me to my first yoga practice in 2014. My teacher was a small framed yoga instructor from India. My love for yoga had a very slow start but has expanded throughout the years. I thought yoga was a slow practice and I wasn’t use to the music, nor the language (Sanskrit Language). At that time my life was moving at a very fast pace and I didn’t realize I needed the calmness that yoga provided. The breathing exercises that were introduced to me proved to be beneficial in my everyday life.
On August 30, 2020, I graduated from Giving Tree Yoga + Wellness Studio in Smyrna, GA with my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. I am registered with Yoga Alliance. My yoga practice is based on the Hatha style. I am trained to teach Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Gentle Yoga. I incorporate different styles of Pranayama breath-work, which is our life-sustaining force, into my practice.

I love spending time with family, traveling, reading and exploring different cuisines. I currently hold a Black Belt in Tang Soo Do Karate (not currently practicing), I love aerobics, running and walking.

My mission for just Breathe Yoga Center is to promote the building of a regularly scheduled healthy, self-care lifestyle. We practice Pranayama breathwork which aids in maintaining a healthy respiratory system via various breathing exercises. Our yoga classes also assist in helping students improve their flexibility, stability, and strength. My wholehearted desire is to guide each student into a place where they can relax and explore the path to their individual place of serenity.
